ProteinBench (proteinbench.com) compares protein products on protein per calorie, cost per gram of protein and taste. By using the site you agree to these terms.
How we make money
Store links on ProteinBench (the “Buy at” buttons, the Where to buy column and the price links on product pages) go through proteinbench.com/go/. Some of them are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking one, the store or the brand may pay us a commission. You pay the same price either way.
Commissions never change the numbers. Every product is scored with the same formulas, described on the methodology page, whether or not we earn from it. No product is added, left out or moved up for payment, and no brand has paid to appear on the site.
The data
Nutrition comes from manufacturer labels and USDA FoodData Central; prices and ratings come from the retailer listing linked on each product page, with the date we saw them. Prices, recipes and ratings change, and we make mistakes. Check the label and the store before you buy.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and we aren’t liable for losses that come from relying on it. If a number is wrong, email [email protected] and we’ll fix it.
Not medical advice
ProteinBench describes products; it doesn’t tell you what to eat. Ask a doctor or registered dietitian about your own protein needs, especially if you are pregnant, have kidney disease or food allergies, or manage another health condition.
Brands and trademarks
Product names, brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here only to identify products. Their appearance doesn’t mean a brand endorses ProteinBench, or that we endorse the brand.
